because of the June retirement of our current Director, is searching
for a full-time Director of Religious Formation. We are an active,
multi-cultural, parish of 5,600 families. The Director would be
responsible along with 4 Associate Directors for the ongoing assessment of the
formation needs of the parish and the means providing creative initiatives to
meet these needs. Start date 7/1/2013.
Minimum qualifications include a
bachelor’s degree in religious education, theology or related field, and
previous parish experience. Master’s degree preferred. The ideal candidate is
one who has a passion for ministry, is creative, takes initiative, and works
collaboratively.
